Registration:

Your registration for a seminar must be in writing.  Paper registration forms are available for each seminar.  You can also register at our website (www.ibs-hamburg.com) or by e-mail (seminare(at)ibs-hamburg.com).  In any case, include the name of the participant, the complete organization address, the full billing address, telephone number and fax number.

Seminar cancellation by IBS:

In the event that a seminar is cancelled due to illness or organizational reasons on the part of IBS, only the fees already paid for the seminar itself can be refunded by IBS to the participant.  Refund claims for hotels, transportation, etc. are not the responsibility of IBS.

Personal data protection:

IBS Schreiber abides by the German legal requirements for personal data protection (§ 33 Abs. 1 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz Deutschland).  This means your personal information must be stored and processed only in relation to a specific purpose or contractual relationship, in most cases for billing purposes.  All data will be confidentially handled and will not be shared with third parties.  Information related to business procedures or written materials, which is generated out of a contractual relationship, is regarded as confidential and can only be shared with a third party when the contents are already in the public domain.  This obligation to protect data extends beyond the end of the contractual relationship.
