IBS Schreiber: on the Move!

IBS Schreiber celebrated a second year of participating in the HSH- Nordbank Run on Saturday, June 21st.  Our typical Hamburg weather tried to give us some trouble, but we were not willing to let a few rain drops dampen our team spirit!
After a four kilometer jog, we crossed the finish line together, less than thirty minutes after our start! This is five minutes faster than last year, proving that we know how to save time and maximize team productivity while having fun here at IBS.

Like last year, the motto of the run is "Kinder Helfen Kinder" (Kids Helping Kids). All entry fees are donated to the organization, which was founded in 1975 by the Hamburger Abendblatt (Hamburg newspaper), with the goal of supporting local children financially, and making it possible for them to join athletic teams. With these teams, kids have a chance to stay healthy, and to learn valuable life-lessons in fairness, respect, and -of course- having fun!

We are proud to have taken part in such an event, with 675 other teams, 18,230 runners, and a combined €117,000 donation.

We are already looking forward to next year!

ERP - Audit in "Computerwoche"

Sebastian Schreiber publishes an article on "Exposing Weaknesses in the SAP Configuration"  in the German magazine, "Computerwoche"

Because companies manage their financial or personnel data on a large scale, a series of laws and regulations must be observed. Audit systems help these companies to detect the holes and flaws within the ERP settings.
